Yosemite.    Is there anything else to say?  Its all you've heard and more. Awaken to the sound of crashing waterfalls off the side of the valley walls and a cool, crisp, white morning.   Group tours and afternoon hiking on your own.  Early evening bus ride to Monterey.  Late night Chinese food, of course. 

Point Lobos State Reserve.  Seal Lions.  Big Sur.  City of Carmel by the Sea (Clint Eastwood).  The University of California Santa Cruz.  within an actual redwood forest.  canyons and bridges throught he residential areas of campus.  Part of the college designed by Charles Moore.  Get your Bannana Slug paraphenalia here.  Downtown Santa Cruz.  Bus into San Francisco - the Renoir Hotel. 

Golden Gate Bridge South.  Golden Gate Bridge North to Sausalito.  Office Visit: the SWA Group.  Marin County Civic Center by Frank Lloyd Wright.    Dewey donnell Residence by Tommy Church.  The famous pool.  Visit  Lawrence Halprin's office.  Free evening exploring China Town. 

Office visits to Hargreaves Associates and Peter Walker/William Johnson.  The University of California Berkley.  Kaiser Center Roof Garden- Oakland.  Office visits to the ROMA Group and EDAW.  Golden Gateway Center... Embarcadero Plaza & Pountain.   Night Cable Car ride to fisherman's wharf.
